Our sensitivity towards the local community goes hand in hand with the attention and care we give to our customers: we have obtained ISO9001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for quality management that pursues customer satisfaction with the products and services provided, as well as the continuous improvement of company performance. This is a fundamental achievement that has helped to strengthen our ability to forge valuable bonds not only with customers but also with suppliers: long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and dialogue, shared values and maximum transparency.

One of Giorgio Bormac's founding values is helping the local community and beyond. In 2025 we joined the "Carpi Città ad Impatto Positivo" project by funding a scholarship for high-school students for an inclusive-culture project (Carpi città ad Impatto Positivo). We also work with local technical institutes through the school-work programme to bring students into the company. We also support some local non-profit associations, with monetary donations and useful or necessary goods that have allowed us to fund the elementary school in Kamai, Myanmar.
In 2025 we funded the construction of the school in Kamai, Myanmar (Burma) thanks to the "Insieme per le Missioni" association.
In addition, for years we have been working with the non-profit association "Ho Avuto Sete", committed to building wells in Africa to bring drinking water where there still is none. It is a drop in the ocean, but also an ocean of hope. For information: www.hoavutosete.com
With a view to continuously improving the services we offer our customers: ISO 9001 quality certification; production of video tutorials to make using the products easier; information on the correct ways to dispose of products to reduce the impacts related to the end of the product's life (according to regulations); GDPR compliance for customer privacy; annual customer satisfaction survey; checks and inspections with analysis of social factors on suppliers (especially for India and China); procurement choices that, all technical and economic conditions being equal, favour relationships with small and local suppliers; long-lasting relationships with historic suppliers (even more than 20 years of supply); relationships built on dialogue and discussion.
